Traceability & recall
Follow a lot from flock to customer.
Eligible lots are picked by earliest expiry first, then oldest production date. When something has to be pulled back, the trace separates what is confirmed affected from what is only inferred.
- Stock allocation against eligible lots, with expiry and hold checks
- Confirmed and inferred exposure kept apart, so you act on one and investigate the other
- Affected stock placed on hold — it cannot be picked or dispatched while under review
