It runs in the browser on a cloud database. Nothing to install on the farm, and the same system works from an office desktop, a tablet in the plant and a phone in a truck.
Browser-based
No local installs, no per-machine setup. Staff sign in on whatever device they already carry, and the interface adapts to the screen — including scrollable tab bars on a phone.
Live between users
When someone saves, everyone else sees it. Two people editing the same record are told about the clash and shown both versions.
Everyone on the current build
After signing in, the app checks the version it is running against the version that was published, and prompts anyone holding a stale copy to reload.
Your prices already include VAT. Most software assumes they don't.
Packages built for other markets add tax on top of a net price. If your shelf price is the price, that model forces a workaround on every invoice. Here, tax is extracted rather than added.

People see the work they own, and the record says who did what.
Reviewable audit history
The platform records audit history for supported actions. Ask for a demonstration of the events recorded, who can access them, and how audit integrity is checked in your deployment.
Roles down to tab level
Permissions cover modules and the tabs inside them, so a role can hold Sales without holding Credit Notes. Destructive operations sit with a single super-administrator role, guarded against self-elevation.
Screens lock, not sign out
An idle session locks so nobody loses work walking away from a terminal. A PIN unlocks it; after a configurable locked period it signs out properly.
Password reset without the office
Account recovery is handled through the configured sign-in service. Review the recovery process and administrator responsibilities during setup.
Terms accepted, and versioned
Legal acceptance is gated at sign-in and recorded per user against the version they agreed to, so a later revision asks again.
Secrets stay server-side
WhatsApp and QuickBooks tokens are held by server-side functions the browser cannot read, not in a table the app queries.
It fits around the systems you already pay for.
The point is to stop re-keying, so the connections that matter are to accounts, telematics and the channels your staff already read.

Deployment and data-access arrangements are agreed during setup. Ask which hosting model applies to your business and how your organisation's records are separated.

We can host and maintain it, or deploy into a cloud account your business owns. Either way the data belongs to you and can be exported.

A contextual help panel covers every module, the full user manual opens inside the app with a clickable contents list, and administrators get a manual of their own.

Support & recovery
Standard support hours are 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Barbados time. Alternative hours and coverage can be negotiated under contract. Response commitments, updates, backups and recovery arrangements are defined in the service agreement.
